Some things have changed
over past years and when we are talking about change I might actually vouch for
something which haven’t changed take gym for instance when we talk about gym
last I checked they are place for training not to feel good or look good and now there are few gyms with air condition on them
.hell I don’t know how can someone workout /train with air condition on . well personally
I don’t have anything against gym of today or those hard-working owner's trying to make a
career because that’s all they know. look I get it ,These gyms are beautiful and, in
most cases very well organized . I've
seen huge cardio rooms, spinning rooms, low/ high impact floors, saunas, and
marble bathrooms. I've even to one where bathroom attendants hand out towels I mean
seriously, but It's nice, then again give me a friggin' break here. Gyms are for
training, not for feeling or looking good.Well I was never a gym
kind of person and I know most of them aren’t the question arise why ? I never preferred
gym may be because of my slim personality got me into so called complex hell I even
made jokes about working out and considered it to be a waste of time , and felt
embarrassed myself later. and maybe it
is but sometime things go south and then like the proverb say “ run for your
life “ it is then it struck me that in olden days there were not gym to get
trained and there were no bodybuilding that time like today ,so I decided to do
things little bit with what I have and without using any equipments so here I would
like to share few way to get natural strength and stamina and to be ready when
time come .First one will be definitely
running ,In order to train right
you must know what kind of body you have and which exercise will be best for
you some will deny the fact but it true not everyone can train and have body
they can have but what you can have is the best out of you and for that running
is important not only for legs but for whole body it help is getting rid of
extra fat you have on you ,running is something which is used to train even in
olden times for the perfect example will be that of Spartans they use to train
their soldiers for battle you have to be quick and most fast according to the situation
and one more thing running is not
done on hard, resistant ground,” but in deep sand where it is not easy to plant
a foot solidly or get a grip with it since it slips away from underneath the
foot. And one must run bare foot that gives proper pressure for lower and upper
body and quit running over treadmill for god sake run in open so that you can
sweat freely .
Skipping ,though it is not that old but it first stared around 1930 when boxing
gym gain popularity even 10 min of skipping will gain you
enough for your body, period and the more you jump and it goes on increasing
see this is one thing of exercises based on stamina you never stop getting good at it is never an option the
more you will do the more you can do always pushing
Pull up and chin-ups –in order to get trained with weights the best
is to train with your own may be the first day will be difficult but you just
keep on going and more you will do the better you will get pulling your start
with 5 and them just keep on adding two each day you would notice when you will
be top dog ait and despite everything there is nothing more to weight lifting
then lifting your own even if you are going for war keep that in mind
Squats .to have a powerful upper body on one must never forget to have powerful
legs or cans say lower body start with 10 and and add 5 more daily nothing more
then that it’s that simple
Pushups .the best thing about push up is that you can do it any where you want and
not there are different types of that wide ,close ,diamond .like every other
body weight exercise this can be more fun and affective if divided between
times like do 10 reps and after two hours do 15 more and them after few hours
do 20 and like this just start adding 2 reps each day and if you are working
you might not be able to do more frequently it’s airtight you can do it when
you come back it’s just 10 reps and you are already tired 10 rips will hardly fill anything and like this without paying any
special attention you can have the powerful arms and chest you want .
Swimming ,this is one
exercise which you can not just avoid it in my personal experience swimming
helps in gaining strength as well as
stamina both and in process you gain control over your berthing and like they
say the less you breath the more you live .Well I might have added few more but the idea was just to get stared and with every day and just
bits of each workout daily without paying extra effort you might not get what
you wanted but instead you will be able to train your body you might need at
last remember and remember this whenever you fill like quitting and not doing
it today just think where have you been today if you’d have continued throughout the year at last I would conclude with
